Back in the studio! 🎙️✨

This time, we were invited onto @AuManufacturing news and media's Conversations podcast with reporter Simran Gill to discuss all things manufacturing. Thank you for having us on!

Ayrton shared his journey, from sweeping floors in a beach buggy factory to leading cutting-edge product development and engineering solutions. He opened up about his experience getting into local manufacturing, the opportunity to build a truly collaborative industry in Australia, and the challenges of sovereign manufacturing.

“We really wanted to understand those processes, rather than just being the engineer that sends the drawings and then liaises with the manufacturer. We actually wanted to understand what the manufacturer was going through and how we could be better engineers.”

One notable aspect is the breadth of industry partners involved which signals coordinated effort rather than isolated support. The acknowledgment is factual and restrained https://www.hyperion-wines.co.nz The Pokies From a broader perspective it illustrates how cross sector collaboration between engineering industry networks and research bodies underpins capability building and long term project viability

A strong point is the arc of progression from hands on factory work to leadership in advanced engineering. The assessment feels grounded because it connects personal growth with broader industry realities Royal Reels https://financedistrict.co.nz/ sits naturally in the middle highlighting how lived experience informs views on collaboration local capability and sovereign manufacturing. The takeaway reinforces that sustainable manufacturing depends as much on people and pathways as it does on technology and policy
