We visited clients in Spearfish, South Dakota!

Updated: Dec 22, 2022

“Product development is really hard, and you will come up against barriers. Having the interpersonal connections just makes things so much easier. When you walk out of the room, you can be a human again.” 🇦🇺 🤝 🇺🇸

Hear from Ayrton & Kathryn as they reflect on a very positive trip to visit our clients in the USA.

We’ve travelled halfway across the world to gain a deeper understanding of a client’s awesome end-to-end product development process, so we can best integrate across electronics, firmware and UI/UX design. Ayrton will produce the jigs and fixtures for end-of-line programming, calibration and testing, Sam will ensure the firmware code aligns exactly with their other products, and Kathryn will be part of a UX Summit next week looking at how we can bring a consistent style across their products and brands.

This may be a bit of a perk, but these opportunities are also essential to getting the job done! We're doing some user experience testing as well as creating meaningful relationships with our clients.

When the work gets hard, and in our line of business it always does, we still have proper human relationships as a foundation to build on.
