Developer Gil Moshayof, now at ANZ, had the unique experience of working on navigation sensation Waze before and after a unique bubble period within the Google umbrella - a direct speakeasy work culture and a fast no-code-reviews workflow.
Was it a mistake, or a golden time of productivity and innovation that could not exist now, or could there be lessons there for other start-ups to emulate?
