Sarad cooks the Nepalese Pork Sekuwa on the BBQ! Element BBQ team lunch, Nepalese/Indian style. Ravinder explains the amazing spread of Indian/Nepalese food for the team lunch! Chicken curry, basmati rice, chutney, and a skewer. This really was an amazing Nepalese/Indian feast, prepared by our Software Team for the Element Febr Vegetarian chana masala with paneer. Sarad preparing the feast, only using minimal chillis, apparently! Software dev Jordan making garlic butter naan.
Today we swapped out optimising React components and debugging Bluetooth sync libraries for spices and skewers! ⌨️✨🍛
Our Software Team – Ravinder, Sarad, Amit, and Jordan – put their culinary skills to the test, serving up an Indian/Nepalese feast that had us all coming back for seconds (and maybe thirds)! 🤤
The menu featured a Nepalese Pork Sekuwa, a chicken curry, freshly made garlic butter naan, fragrant basmati rice, hearty chana masala for the vegans, and perfectly grilled skewers. A spread of chutney and fresh salad balanced out the bold spices, and for dessert, we finished with sweet & flaky soan papdi.
The team lunch competition is really heating up now! Next up… Electronics Team! ⚡️
