In 2010 we began to engineer our own precision data loggers for use with mechanical products. We now have specialists in-house developing world-class electronics turning around designs faster than anywhere else in the world.
Product Feasibility
We can assess your product requirements and determine a bill of materials (BOM) as well as the non-recoverable engineering (NRE) and manufacturing costs, which can then be compared with the potential sales income over the life of the device.
Circuit Design
We use Altium to design microcontroller, digital, analogue and radio frequency (RF) systems, and we can also work with microprocessors, FPGAs, and more. Our expertise ensures our designs expedite certification processes for CE, FCC, UL, RCM, and Bluetooth.
Prototyping
Our reliable manufacturing and quality control capabilities enable development in demanding industries such as medical, defence and aerospace. We can provide fully functional prototypes within 2.5 weeks of a design being finalised.
RF Optimisation
We have all the tools in-house to successfully design Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, GPS and other radio frequency (RF) systems, and can take them through certification processes (CE, FCC, UL, and RCM).
ELECTRONICS IN ACTION
An automated suspension tuning system for mountain bikes. We undertook electronics and firmware design, calibration, testing and mobile app development.
A system that monitors the wear of down-hole equipment in oil and gas pipelines, eliminating unplanned maintenance. Our electronics engineers performed detailed design and certification on this exciting IoT product.
