I managed to raise an amazing $11,767 for the Hawaiian Ride For Youth!
The ride was truly surreal. It was actually quite confronting at times, reflecting on my own personal experiences, and empathising with the experience shares from other participants.
It was a truly amazing experience, not only to understand the level of support our youth in schools now have, but also to help break down the stigma of mental health.
Also, to meet a bunch of highly successful people in their own right... and to not talk about work ALL WEEK!
I will be continuing the training with Trench Health & Fitness, to make sure that I continue to show up as the best version of myself every day to help my family, team and clients to the best of my ability. My own mental health regime!
